With summer finally (like finally) making its way to Vancouver, two prominent dessert spots – Chez Christophe and Glenburn Soda – in the Burnaby Heights neighbourhood are partnering up for a epic Summer treat!
Both respectively are hot spots during Summer for their offerings, so seeing them team up is even more exciting! In fact, you’ll find Chez Christophe topping our best Burnaby cafe and bakery list; whereas, Glenburn topping our best Burnaby dessert list!
Introducing the Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich: a Birchwood Dairy vanilla ice cream with Glenburn’s signature butterscotch sauce, sandwiched between Chez Christophe’s signature macarons shells, dipped in 35% caramelized white chocolate and finished with dark chocolate drizzle ($8.45).

This special treat is available at Chez Christophe’s Burnaby location only on Saturday, August 6th and Sunday, August 7th at Glenburn Soda Fountain.
