Check out 45+ Burnaby restaurants offering special multi-course menus all March long!
One thing we cannot lie is that we like big cups of coffee and aesthetic cafes.
And if you’re a fan of aesthetic cafes too, then you’ll be thrilled to hear that Cafe La Foret, one of the most visually stunning cafes in Burnaby, is expanding with a second location!
They are set to open the second location just steps away from the Royal Oak Skytrain Station.
The Korean cafe and bakery gained a reputation for its unique concrete green interior and beautiful menu items, attracting long lines of customers on weekends since it first opened its doors in 2017.

The new location will primarily serve as a production facility for their current and future locations, as well as their new venture into wholesale and catering.
Despite this focus on production, Cafe La Foret has promised that there will be a cozy cafe area where customers can enjoy various kinds of Korean-style sandwiches, donuts, pastries, and desserts that are not available at the first location.
Although the official opening date for the new location is April 3rd, it will operate as takeout only until summertime.
After that point, customers will be able to enjoy their food and drinks in the cafe area or on an upcoming patio.
Additionally, Cafe La Foret has teased that they will offer housemade ice cream at this location during the summer months.
The new Cafe La Foret location is sure to attract even more fans with its convenient location near public transportation and expanded menu offerings. While it may not have quite as much seating space as the original cafe due to its focus on production, we do not doubt that it will still be a busy spot.
