Croissant Fleur – twisted pink croissant dough filled with raspberry rose pastry cream ($5.45)
Chocolate showpiece (“Chamber of Hearts”) is made entirely of 63.6% dark chocolate and includes 6 Bonbons (2 of each of the 3 limited edition Bonbons made just for Mother’s Day) The Bonbons are: Honey Lavender, Orange Pekoe and Passionfruit Caramel. ($37.95)
Limited-edition dessert is “Mimosa Opera” – pop rock crunch, champagne ganache, orange buttercream, orange marmalade, and an orange glaze topped with an orange macaron. Only available in a 5-6 serving size ($31.95)
Their hours of operations are Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm at both locations.
