Gran Berry Frappe
This drink is a marriage of diverse flavours that tickle your palate and leave a lingering satisfaction. The journey starts with half a cup of milk. Then, a captivating mix of raspberry and hazelnut syrup goes into the blender, with an additional pump of dark chocolate sauce and a single shot of espresso. But the showstopper of our Grand Berry Frappe is its garnish. The top of the 16oz glass is dressed with a glistening circle of honey, creating a sweet counterbalance to the other flavours.
This delicious drink captures the essence of summer with its vibrant colour palette and a burst of flavours. Our Pink Forest starts with a luscious base of strawberry slice sauce, and the subtle richness of white chocolate and milk enhances its sweetness. This delightful trio offers a fruity and creamy flavour profile further enriched with vanilla’s smooth, aromatic notes. However, the real star of the Pink Forest is the matcha whipping cream.
Salted Caramel Affogato
This sumptuous treat pairs the familiar warmth of coffee with the rich sweetness of ice cream, resulting in a dessert drink that will satisfy your cravings. At the heart of our Salted Caramel Affogato is a scoop of salty caramel ice cream, followed by a pour of our freshly brewed espresso into this creamy wonder. The coffee’s bold, robust flavour cuts through the ice cream’s sweetness, introducing a rich depth and warmth to the dessert. We also add a touch of Baileys Irish cream, non-alcoholic yet full of flavour. This ingredient introduces a creamy, subtle hint of vanilla and chocolate, enriching the overall taste experience.
