Please in the personalization section, write down:

1. The names that you wish to be included.
2. Other words that you'd like to include, for example, "LOVE" or "FAMILY".
3. The title at the bottom of the print, for example, "The Jones Family" or "Our Family".
4. For print-ready files, please enter the size of the print. You will receive an email with a high-quality 300dpi PDF file for printing.
5. For physical prints, frames are not included. It's only the prints that will be sent to you.

You will receive a draft for your approval within 24-48 hours of ordering. Please remember to check your Etsy messages so that your print can be sent out as soon as possible.

The print would be printed on high-quality matte cardstock or a large-format matte bond poster roll. Physical prints will be professionally printed and shipped to you within 3-5 business days. Please make sure your shipping address is up to date.

Once you download the files (usually in PDF format), you can print at home or at a print shop with the US letter size paper (8.5"x11"). I suggest print at "full scale" to have the optimal result. After printing, simply cut out the page with the header "cut these out". And you're good to go. I recommend using cardstock paper OR laminate the sheets to make them long-lasting.
