Pacific Centre is trading its coffee pod boutique for hand-broken slabs of Swiss chocolate.
A Noms Mag community member spotted signs up inside CF Pacific Centre confirming that Swiss chocolatier Läderach is taking over the former Nespresso boutique in Downtown Vancouver.
The signage promises a Fall 2026 opening.

Nespresso has since relocated a few blocks away to the Robson and Burrard corner.
This will be Läderach’s second Metro Vancouver location and its second store in Western Canada.
The first BC outpost opened inside CF Richmond Centre back in September 2025, planting the brand on this side of the country after years of running locations only in Ontario.
Founded in 1962, the family-run chocolatier now operates in more than 20 countries and is best known for its FrischSchoggi.

Those are the massive slabs of fresh Swiss chocolate studded with whole nuts, dried fruit, and other premium add-ins, broken off by hand to order at the Richmond shop.
The lineup also runs through truffles, pralines, chocolate-covered nuts, bars, and rotating seasonal pieces.
A downtown location lands the brand inside the busiest mall in the city, with foot traffic that pulls in tourists, office workers, and Skytrain commuters all day.

It also sets up a shorter trip for downtown locals who would rather skip the Canada Line ride out to Richmond Centre to get their fix.
Läderach joins a growing list of upcoming food spots coming to Vancouver lineup, including Fish Cafe, Loreto, and Oakberry Kerrisdale.
