Buy a T-shirt on Water Street on August 8 or 9, and a free donut is part of the deal.
The iconic Lee’s Donuts and popular streetwear brand DRMERS CLUB are teaming up for SWEET DRMS, a limited-edition collaboration running August 8 and 9 across both brands’ Gastown locations.
The drop includes a DRMERS x LEE’S “SWEET DRMS” tee, a limited-edition tote bag, a specially designed DRMER KID donut, and custom collaboration packaging.

The clever part is the loop between the two stores, which sit just a few blocks apart on the same street.
Buy a collab piece at DRMERS CLUB at 45 Water Street, and you get a ticket for a complimentary custom donut at Lee’s Donuts at 199 Water Street.
Buy the DRMER KID donut at Lee’s, and you get a voucher to enter an in-store prize draw at DRMERS CLUB, with discounts, complimentary items, and other prizes on the table.
The tee and tote are exclusive to DRMERS CLUB, while the donut and packaging live only at Lee’s.

At the centre of it are the two brands’ characters: Lee’s Donuts’ Johnny Glaze and DRMERS CLUB’s DRMER KID, whose pairing inspired a tee that plays off the line “SWEET DRMS ARE MADE OF THESE.”
“Who said a clothing brand and a donut brand couldn’t come together?” said DRMERS CLUB co-founders Judy Yeung and Peter Pham, who point out both brands are chasing the same thing through different mediums: moments that bring people joy.
Lee’s Donuts president Cam Jarvis says the collab is a chance to introduce Lee’s to a different audience while celebrating the Gastown neighbourhood both brands call home.
It is DRMERS CLUB’s first food collaboration.
All collaboration items are limited quantities, first come, first served.
The tickets and vouchers only work during the two-day window, so the loop has to be closed on the weekend itself.
Lee’s has been a Vancouver institution for decades, and its Granville Island originals have pulled lines since long before collab culture existed; the Gastown location brings that legacy to the drop.
For DRMERS CLUB, a brand built on self-expression and storytelling, a donut alter ego for DRMER KID is on brand in the most literal way.
