Great news for all pizza lovers in Mount Pleasant!
Via Tevere Pizzeria, one of the best pizzerias in Vancouver, is opening their second location along Main Street on May 15th, 2024!
Since opening in 2012 along Victoria Drive, Via Tevere has been bringing a slice of Neapolitan heritage to the local food scene.
Their commitment to authenticity is certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN).
This ensures every pizza honours the traditional methods—using double zero flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and fior di latte mozzarella, all cooked in a wood-fired oven.
The pizza brand also operates the Saltimbocca food truck, which specializes in mouthwatering pizzeria sandwiches made with bread baked in the same 900° woodfire oven.

The new location will replace their sister brand Grano Pizzeria, which shut down dine-in service back in March.
You’ll find the interior matches the rustic feel of their Victoria Drive outpost and has 32 seats inside and 24 outdoor seats on the sidewalk and curbside patios
The menu will feature Via Tevere’s staple offerings, including your pick from 3 types of pizza bases Al Pomodoro (red sauce), Bianca (olive oil base), and Alla Panna (cream sauce).
Each pizza boasts minimal toppings to enhance the flavours, served uncut to preserve the traditional Neapolitan experience.
Some of Grano’s beloved modern plant-based pizza offerings will also be available.
Lastly, you can find Italian desserts like tiramisu and cannoli, espresso-based drinks, Italian and local B.C. wines, craft beers, and classic Italian cocktails here.
The grand opening is set for May 15 2024 and will be a stellar addition to the busy food-packed Main Street area.
