Burger lovers, big news!

Monarch Burger, a Vancouver fav, is back and better than ever.

After a five-year break, they’ve just opened a new spot on Main Street on May 15th.

Chef Robert Belcham, a legend in Vancouver’s food scene, started Monarch Burger at the upstairs bar of the Italian restaurant Campagnolo, where the famed Dirty Burger was born.

With only 35 made each night, these perfectly crafted cheeseburgers became a hot hot item in Vancouver.

The demand led Monarch Burger to expand to a broader audience at the American.

After a pandemic pause, Monarch has now found its new kingdom on Main Street, ready to reign again.

As their Instagram states, “the exile is over”!

Monarch Burger’s secret is the meticulous crafting of each burger.

They use locally sourced beef from 66 Acres, dry-aged and ground daily for perfect texture and taste.

The buns are handmade by a local bakery and delivered daily.

And their secret sauce, a closely guarded blend of spices, adds a depth of flavour that keeps people returning for more.

The menu is simple yet exquisite with classics like the Burger, Dirty Burger, Double Dirty and Veggie Mushroom Burger.
