Machi Machi, a famous global milk tea brand from Taiwan, opened its doors on Robson Street back in February 2021.

Known for its adorable pastel hues and cute decor, Machi Machi offers drinks that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are delicious.

Among their menu, the Black Milk Tea with Panna Cotta stood out as a crowd favourite.

The allure of Machi Machi wasn’t limited to its visual charm or its menu.

The brand boasted a high-profile endorsement from Chinese Pop Star Jay Chou, who declared it his all-time favorite bubble tea spot.

His love for the brand even led to Machi Machi featuring in his music video for “Won’t Cry,” further solidifying its status in pop culture and among fans.

Although the Robson Street outpost is shutting down, Machi Machi fans can still enjoy their favourite drinks at the Richmond location after March 31st.
