Fish With You, the popular Chinese sauerkraut fish chain, opened its second BC location in Richmond earlier this month.
Following the success of their Burnaby Metrotown outpost, this new spot promises to bring the same delicious flavours to Alexandra Road.
Back in March 2024, Richmond’s beloved Korean Fried Chicken joint, Cocoru, closed its doors after seven years.
Now, the space has been transformed into a haven for sauerkraut fish lovers.
Originating from China and boasting over 1,000 locations worldwide, Fish With You is renowned for its variety of sauerkraut fish dishes.
The Richmond location mirrors the bright orange branding and modern interiors of its other outposts, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for diners.
Right outside the shop is its heart-eyed fish mascot too!
The menu at Fish With You allows customers to tailor their dining experience with a choice between basa and snakehead fish, paired with an assortment of soup bases and toppings.
Signature dishes include Hot Onion Oil Sauerkraut Snakehead Fish, Princess Tomato Sauce, Classical Spicy, and Sour and Spicy Flavour, each offering a unique taste of traditional Chinese cuisine.
And let’s not forget the best part: unlimited rice to soak up all that delicious stew!
