Main Street is welcoming a new player to its somewhat limited bubble tea scene, and it’s none other than 101 Boba.
101 Boba isn’t exactly a newcomer to the bubble tea game.
The brand, initially known as Wushiland Boba started in 1994, and has a rich history as the pioneer of “Hand-Shaken Tea” in Tainan, Taiwan.
In September 2022, all Metro Vancouver locations transition from Wushiland Boba to 101 Boba.
But the drinks retained their signature natural ingredients and hand-shaken technique.
This rebranding has also allowed them to broaden their menu horizons, introducing new recipes and treats like croissants and bubble waffles to the mix.
Taking over the quaint spot formerly occupied by the yarn shop Three Bags Full, the new Main Street outpost marks 101 Boba’s sixth location.
To kick things off, 101 Boba is rolling out a sweet deal to celebrate their latest shop.
From March 25th to April 7th, they’re offering a Buy One Get One 50% Off promotion on selected drinks.
The lineup includes fan favorites such as:
- boba black tea latte,
- ice cream black tea,
- mango smoothie,
- jelly family with roasted milk tea,
- taro smoothie, and
- strawberry smoothie.
It’s the perfect excuse to try out their offerings and maybe find a new favourite.
So, whether you’re a bubble tea connoisseur or just looking for a refreshing new spot to explore, 101 Boba on Main Street is ready to welcome you.
