Guess what? Vancouver’s done it again, folks.
Botanist and The Keefer Bar are our homegrown heroes, snagging spots 24 and 49 on the big list.
That’s no small feat in a continent that’s brimming with top-notch pourers and shakers.
The Botanist, tucked inside the fancy Fairmont Pacific Rim, is where drinks meet artistry, and it’s not their first appearance on this list.
Last year the Vancouver bar was the only one in the province to make it on the list, ranking #19.
They’ve been winning hearts and awards (Michelin ‘Exceptional Cocktails Award’ and #2 Best Bar in Canada by Canadas50Best), including a big nod for being super welcoming and whipping up some seriously unforgettable cocktails.
Then there’s The Keefer Bar, which feels like stepping into a cool, secret world in Chinatown that makes drinks inspired by contempoary apothecaries.
They have been on multiple top bar lists since they started.
Getting on this list isn’t just a pat on the back; it’s a high five from 270 pros who live and breathe cocktails.
They’re traveling, tasting, and then secretly voting on their favourites across the USA, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
It’s a big deal because these guys really know their stuff.
