A Swiss chocolatier breaking slabs by hand at Pacific Centre, a Montreal salad chain with a salmon salad sold only in Kits, and a New York-style pizza shop that found a new Kingsway home after a year away.
Ten Vancouver food spots opened between the last day of August and the end of September, and here is what each one is doing.
