It’s a night you won’t find anywhere else in the city—an immersive, standing-room-only experience that blends bold flavors, live entertainment, and the creativity of world-renowned chefs.

Chef Giuseppe Cortinovis – Italian-born, 2x Canadian Pizza Chef of the Year, known for bold creations like Jamón Ibérico Pizza.
Chef Kevin Orozco from La Mezcaleria – Beloved Mexican spot crafting Spanish Chorizo Tacos with our Ibérico chorizo for one night only.
Chef Hiroshi Hoshiko – Kyushu-trained sushi master fusing Japanese precision with Spanish flavors in his Ibérico Sushi.
