The Chefs’ Table Society of BC reinvents the iconic chowder competition with the inaugural Chowder Cup by CTS — a lively evening celebrating BC seafood, local chefs, and thoughtfully paired BC craft beer or cider.

Eight talented chefs will go head-to-head, each presenting a signature seafood chowder paired with a complementary craft beverage, giving guests the chance to taste, sip, and compare throughout the evening.
