BC’s largest shopping centre is introducing its first-ever Chef Series for Lunar New Year to welcome the Year of the Snake. Included in the Chef Series is Quang Dang, Katy Cheung, Haan Palcu-Chang, and Chanthy Yen, Top Chef Canada’s most recent winner.
