About Event
A hands-on Miso Making Class, presented with the Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre and Vankoji Foods, invites guests to learn how to craft authentic Japanese miso from scratch.
Led by founder Tonami, the workshop covers fermentation basics, koji techniques, and storage tips.
Guests will take home their own batch to ferment for six months. Two time slots are available.
