At our last sold out pop-up dinner, many of you requested that we host a sequel… but with BRUNCH. So here we are delivering another fun reunion coming up for you on Nov 11th at the beautiful Missing Chopsticks restaurant in Richmond with beverages brought to you by Arturo of North Side Fresh.
Each menu includes:
A welcome non-alcoholic beverage
Mini Egg Sandwich
Hong Kong style scrambled egg, milk bread, butter and chives
Choice of one:
XO Prawns Crepe
French crêpe, soft scrambled eggs, house XO sauce sautéed prawns, sea urchin cream, tobiko, nori, smashed nugget potatoes
Spinach & Mushroom Benedict
Housemade farro cakes, wild mushroom fricassee, 64-degree sous vide eggs, Truffled hollandaise, smashed nugget potatoes
Chicken Congee
Red quinoa & arborio rice porridge, balsamic truffled chicken, 64-degree sous vide eggs,
Chinese donut and scallions
Teriyaki Beef Poutine
Ramen “fries”, seared teriyaki AAA striploin, cheese curds, gravy, 64-degree sous vide eggs, miso hollandaise, pickled ginger, scallions and katsuobushi

You will be given a choice of either an AM or PM seating option for your ticket.
After purchase of tickets, you will receive an email from Wanda to confirm your choice of brunch item and an allotted arrival time for your seating will be provided.
Event may be family-style seating. Due to the nature of this event, please note that dietary restrictions or substitutions cannot be accommodated. Both alcoholic and zero-proof beverage options will be available for purchase.
