1. Japanese Miso Making Class

Ever wanted to make your own miso from scratch?

Now’s your chance!

Join this hands-on workshop to learn the magic behind fermentation, guided by miso expert Tonami from Vankoji Foods.

You’ll mix, ferment, and leave with your own batch of future umami gold. It’s the perfect flex for your foodie friends six months down the line when your homemade miso is ready.
