A new smoothie‑and‑bar cafe is sliding into Downtown Vancouver.
Celeste is setting up next door to the upcoming new listening lounge, Amber Kissa, in Gastown this fall.
According to the limited info – it’s a tiny one.
Just 327 sq. ft, and built for easy mornings: fruit‑forward smoothies, açai bowls, a few treats, and a short list of coffee and teas.

There’s secure bike parking tucked into an enclosed patio, so you can keep an eye on your ride while you sip.
Celeste comes from Thomas Eleizegui, the GM/partner at Isetta Café Bistro, and was the operator behind the cycling-themed car, Musette Caffe (now closed).
The team says this cafe carries the soul of those early Musette days, scrappy, friendly, and made with care alongside the next-door lounge.

At Powell & Columbia, Celeste links up with its evening‑minded neighbor, Amber, for a tidy day‑to‑night combo.
Smoothies and coffee by daylight; music and great vibes after dark.
And it looks like a second, larger location for Celeste is already in progress at The Standard building (Richards & Hastings), which is slated for next Spring.
Celeste now joins other upcoming Vancouver spots, including Heavenly Desserts, C Market Coffee, and Cockney Kings (Main Street).
