On January 26th, enjoy a special 5 course meal that is paired with wines from Okanagan’s Poplar Grove Winery.
The feature wines are hand-selected by Chef Todd and Culinary team at Qualicum Beach Cafe.
The guests will welcome the special night off with some oysters, caviar and Poplar Grove’s sparking extra brut. This is then followed by the course meals that comprise of crab cake, tortellini, meatball, lambchetta, and a chocolate bavarois dessert.
Wine wise – guests will get a taste of viognier, chardonnay, merlot, syrah, and legacy.
