Surrey’s late‑night scene is about to get a 24/7 lifeline!

Signs for Breka Bakery & Café have been spotted at King George Hub, bringing midnight coffee and pastry runs right next to the SkyTrain.

This marks the cafe’s first Surrey location.

A TikTok user (@manvirpangly) shared a clip of the signage.

Breka began as a small family bakery near Fraser and 49th in 2006, then quietly grew into an all‑hours staple with multiple Vancouver shops.

If you know Breka, you already know how it works.

It’s open 24/7 with a deep menu of cakes, donuts, cookies, sandwiches, and hot drinks that keep students and night‑shift folks fueled at every hour.

There’s no official opening date yet.

Breka hasn’t posted on its own channels, but PCI Developments just confirmed new retailers at the Hub, writing on their Instagram page:

“We’re proud to celebrate another milestone at @kinggeorgehub: the completion of Plaza One and Plaza Two, welcoming 886 new homeowners and a dynamic mix of new retailers — including Anytime Fitness, Breka, Big Way Hotpot, BMO, and Sandbox VR. Together, they bring even more vibrancy and activity to the community!”

Consider that your green light!

King George Hub keeps ramping up as a dense, transit‑oriented community with shops, services, and steady foot traffic from the station.

Free 1-hour parking helps quick grab‑and‑go runs.

Breka won’t be the only newcomer. Big Way Hot Pot is also set to open at King George Hub, while Nemesis Coffee is also opening in another Surrey spot.
