In celebration of Japan and this year’s Cherry Blossom Festival, renowned International Gelato Award Winner, Maestro James, has crafted a collection of three ‘simply delicious’ gelato desserts giving his fans the illusion of sushi:
o Strawberry Nigiri -A made in-house fruit gelee is layered on top of a cherry blossom gelato and draped with a delicious chocolate fondant wrap as the nori.
o Gunkan Mango – Mango popping pearls on top of a gelato, surrounded with a delicious chocolate fondant/marshmallow wrapper.
o Maki Sesame – A square of maki, surrounded with a delicious chocolate fondant wrapper topped with a swirl of matcha gelato giving the illusion of wasabi.
o Maki Sesame – A circle of maki, coated with black and white Japanese sesame seeds, this dessert is topped with a swirl of fruit puree.

Served on a bamboo plate, with a swirl of Matcha gelato as wasabi, chop sticks and a cherry blossom flower.
