The blue boxing gloves did not help.
A video posted by local account 604RAW shows a random fight happening inside a Richmond McDonald’s on No. 3 Road.
The clip opens mid-argument in the dining aisle, next to booths of seated customers.
One man is shirtless in a bucket hat and camouflage pants, and he has come prepared, or so he thinks, wearing a pair of blue boxing gloves.
Why does he have boxing gloves on? No one seems to know.

The other man is dressed for a snack run, in a sleeveless grey hoodie, shorts, white socks, and slides.
The gloved man postures, squares into a fighting stance, and throws the first punches.
It goes badly for him almost immediately.
The man in slides rushes him, and the momentum slams the gloved man into a wooden partition hard enough to potentially break the decorative slats as bystanders scream.
Pinned against the floor, the gloved man gives up the round.
“You’re done, right?” the man in slides demands, and gets back a “Yeah, I’m done.”
He lets him up with a warning not to come at him again, and for a moment it looks over, with patrons clearing the area.

It is not over.
Instead of leaving, the gloved man re-engages by the high-top stools, gloves up, throwing jabs.
Round two ends faster than round one: a tackle to the tile floor, a bar stool knocked over on the way down, and a series of strikes before bystanders step in, telling the pair it is finished and pointing out the obvious, that the fight had already been won.
The gloved man finally picks himself up, visibly dazed, and heads for the doors while the other man collects his food from the counter.
What started the argument is not shown in the clip.
Some comments on X have suggested this is simply online streamer beef.
Nobody in the video has been publicly identified, and the police have not made any statement about the incident yet.
