Northern Italian: Gnocchi and Cacciatore is a hands-on cooking class where guests can learn to prepare classic Italian dishes from scratch.

With Chef Dallas, participants will make potato gnocchi with pesto, chicken cacciatore, and an arugula and fennel salad while learning techniques including gnocchi shaping, braising, vinaigrettes, and sauce-making.
