If you are looking for a reason to eat ramen this weekend, The Ramen Butcher just gave you one.
The Chinatown shop is turning 11, and to celebrate, they are dropping the price on all four of their signature tonkotsu ramen bowls to just $11 each.
The deal runs from Friday, February 6 through Sunday, February 8 at their location on East Georgia Street.
It is dine-in only and available all day from 11:30 am until close.
The four bowls included in the deal are the Classic, the Ajitama Classic, the Black Garlic, and the Red Spicy.
If you have been before, you already know these are not cheap shortcuts.
The Ramen Butcher makes everything in house daily, from the noodles to the gyoza, and the broth is a proper Hakata-style tonkotsu that gets boiled down until it turns rich and milky white.
The Ramen Butcher has been a fixture in Vancouver’s Chinatown since 2015.

The restaurant operates under the Menya Kouji Group, a franchise network with around 150 ramen shop locations in Japan.
The Chinatown location was the first to open in North America under that banner.
They have since expanded to a second location in Burnaby, and the group also runs Ramen Gojiro.
Eleven years in one spot is no small thing, especially in Chinatown, where the restaurant landscape has shifted constantly over the past decade.
The Ramen Butcher has managed to stay consistent through all of it.
If you are planning to go this weekend, keep in mind that Friday and Saturday hours run from 11:30 am to 10 pm, while Sunday hours are 11:30 am to 9:30 pm.
The deal applies to all four tonkotsu bowls, no substitutions or modifications needed, just walk in and order.
