The 15th Annual Chinese Restaurant Awards has just announced its Top 30 longlist, highlighting the best Chinese and Taiwanese culinary experiences in Metro Vancouver.
Founded in 2008, the Chinese Restaurant Awards aim to elevate public awareness about the quality of Chinese cuisine throughout the city.
This year, a panel of 18 dedicated judges embarked on a gastronomic journey, dining at various establishments across Metro Vancouver to curate a diverse selection of outstanding restaurants.
The selection process involved judges with a variety of backgrounds, including media, film production, and hospitality, ensuring that a broad range of voices contributed to the final choices.
From cozy food court stalls to elegant dining venues, the longlist reflects some of the best Chinese cuisine available in our city.
