If you have been stalking the construction boards next to T&T at Lansdowne, you can finally breathe.
As of today, January 13th, the world’s 4th largest coffee chain is officially pouring in Richmond.
This opening feels like a long time coming.

We first broke the news of their arrival back in May 2025, and for a while, it looked like Richmond was going to be the debut location for BC.
However, the Burnaby team pulled a fast one and opened their Lougheed spot last month, stealing a bit of the thunder.
But the “flagship” rivalry doesn’t matter much when you are staring at a $0.99 latte.
As expected, the Lansdowne outpost is already busy.

We stopped by today and the crowds are definitely showing up to see what the hype is about.
The menu is identical to the global hit list that grew this brand to 13,000 stores.
You will see the viral Pampas Blue Coconut Latte, the Orange Juice Americano, and the Matcha Series that everyone posts on Instagram.

Now, here is the “smart friend” advice you need before you go.
The shop is currently running a grand opening promo with 20% off all drinks until January 26th.
They are also doing a specific deal on the Matcha Series and Coco Cotti for $3.49 from Jan 23–25.
Ignore those deals.
If you walk up to the counter and pay $3.49 you are doing it wrong.
The real play is to download their app, which is called “Cotti Coffee AM” in the Canadian App Store.
Using the app unlocks a “first drink coupon” that drops the price of your beverage all the way down to $0.99.

Better yet, the app lets you order ahead and skip the physical line.
Given the crowds we are seeing today, that “skip the line” feature is worth more than the dollar you save.
The shop is open now inside Lansdowne Centre, right next to the T&T Supermarket.
Cotti Coffee now joins other recently opened food spots in Richmond like Savor Hill and Hong Kong Pai Pai.
