Back in February, we shared that one of Vancouver’s most beloved croissant shops, Angus T, was expanding with two new locations.
Fast forward to now, one of them has officially opened.
The new SW Marine Drive location quietly opened earlier this week on November 3 at 8370 Ontario St #123.

It marks another milestone for the bakery known for its famously flaky croissants and luxurious pastries.
Unlike their Yaletown, Park Royal, and soon-to-open River District locations, this new outpost isn’t a typical cafe.
The space doubles as Angus T’s new central kitchen, where much of the brand’s product making and testing will take place.
For the public, it operates as a pickup-only shop, meaning you’ll need to pre-order your croissants and baked goods at least one day in advance through their website.
While there’s no dine-in service, you can still order all their favourite Angus T classics, including their signature Pistachio Raspberry Croissant, Green Tea Croissant, and Double Baked Almond Croissant, as well as seasonal specials.

For now, the shop is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., so you will need to plan your pickups accordingly.
But this means that you won’t have to trek downtown.
As for the brand’s second new location, Angus T’s River District cafe is still in the works and is slated to open in December, bringing their signature croissant and coffee experience to another Vancouver neighbourhood.
