The most competitive sport in Vancouver isn’t hockey, it’s securing a prime-time reservation for Dine Out.

As of today, January 12th, bookings are officially open for the 2026 Dine Out Vancouver Festival.

The complete list of restaurants and menus has just dropped, and you might want to act fast because popular slots usually vanish within hours.

This isn’t just a repeat of last year.

Destination Vancouver has confirmed that this is the largest festival to date since starting back in 2002.

Recognizing that this time of year is typically slow for the restaurant industry, a group of foodies collaborated with Destination Vancouver to offer fixed-price menus.

The goal was to attract customers into restaurants that are often neglected in the post-holiday period.

During the first year, 57 Vancouver restaurants participated.

A record-breaking 450+ restaurants are participating this year, including over 25 Michelin-accredited hot spots.

The festival runs from January 21 to February 8, offering multi-course meals across three familiar fixed-price tiers:

  • $20 – $40
  • $40 – $55
  • $55 – $70

For those looking to splash out, there is a new “Ultra” tier this year.

You can book exclusive menus at Michelin One Star heavyweights Burdock & Co. and Published on Main for $110.

Beyond the sit-down dinners, the festival is bringing back some fan-favourite events:

  • Street Food City (Jan 22-25): The original food truck festival returns for its 14th year.
  • World Chef Exchange: Celebrating its 10th anniversary, this series pairs top local talent with chefs from London, Seoul, Chicago, and Bangkok for exclusive collaborative dinners.
  • World Bartender Exchange: The “Bartender Edition” returns, featuring a takeover by a top bar from Penang at Prophecy Bar.

New for 2026, your dinner reservation comes with a bonus side dish of discounts.

Dine Out patrons can now receive 15% to 35% off at some of Vancouver’s top attractions.
