Guess what, coffee lovers?

Downtown Vancouver’s newest coffee shop is opening very soon!

Back in February, a community member spotted Pallet Coffee Roasters springing up at the former Sciue Italian Bakery unit on the corner of Melville and Thurlow.

Well, the new aesthetic location is opening next week!

Sciue shut down all their locations in the city back in May 2023 due to financial troubles.

Established in East Vancouver in late 2014, Pallet Coffee quickly became a name in the city for great coffee.

Born from a vision to make exceptional coffee accessible, Pallet prides itself on being community-minded and locally owned.

Now a multi-faceted establishment, Pallet offers not just award-winning coffee but also mouth-watering food through Palate Kitchen, known for its upscale and delicious brunch bites.

Pallet Coffee’s new location will be a busy one as it’s near numerous offices and the fancy new The Stack building – which will include the upcoming Nook restaurant.

It is also close to the Burrard Skytrain Station.

This will be the brand’s seventh location in Metro Vancouver.

The new downtown Vancouver location is slated to open on May 1st to the public.
