Kinome Coconut Shake (Vegan)
Kinome are the leaves of the Japanese Sansho pepper tree and are used as a garnish for traditional Japanese cuisine. Kinome has a very distinct citrus floral aroma that pairs well with a rich coconut milk.
Kyoto Ume Matcha Highball (Vegan)
Inspired by Kyoto’s Kouyoucha tea, we present a refreshing alcohol free Japanese highball made with Japanese non-alcoholic Umeshu infused with Shiso leaf and Konbu kelp seaweed. We top it off with a shot of premium Uji Matcha.
