If you have been waiting for Paragon Tea Room to finally reopen in Cambie Village, the wait is almost over.
After months of silence behind construction paper, the team has just shared the first real look inside their new space.
The tea shop posted a photo on Instagram earlier this week with the caption “Cambie 3.0: Where traditions and innovations converge”.

The image reveals a stunning, modern interior featuring curved wood counters, sleek teal wall accents, and warm lighting.
It closely follows the previous renderings provided by the team back in June, but with more of the Paragon green colour included.

More importantly, the update confirmed that they are “going through some final inspections very soon”.
This homecoming has been a long time coming for locals.
Paragon was originally forced to close their beloved Cambie location earlier this year due to building redevelopment.

However, back in June, co-owner Michelle Cheung confirmed to us that they had secured a new spot just down the street.
They are taking over the unit previously occupied by Xing Fu Tang, which shut down abruptly due to lease issues.
Unlike the temporary pop-up at Pacific Centre, this new location is a serious commitment.
Michelle confirmed they have locked in a ten-year lease, signaling that they plan to be a fixture in the neighbourhood for a decade to come.

The new shop will be slightly larger than their original one, offering slightly more room for seating and merch.
Fans can expect the return of their signature stone-milled matcha and hojicha lattes, plus an expanded menu of pastries.
While an exact opening date hasn’t been dropped yet, the “final inspections” status suggests we could be drinking teaspressos there within weeks.
Paragon Tea Room Cambie is on the list of upcoming food spots in Vancouver, like Mitchie Matcha, Crave Cheesesteak, and Ultramarinos Pepe.
