The Amazing Brentwood’s TABLES food court has already become one of the busiest in Metro Vancouver, but that doesn’t mean it’s immune to turnover.
Two food stalls have quietly closed in the space, leaving locals wondering what will take their place.
A Noms community member first spotted the changes and we went by earlier this week to confirm.

Both My Toan and Good Taco have officially shut down, with signage removed and their names already deleted from the mall’s online directory.
My Toan was part of a Vietnamese food stall chain that had been serving classics like beef pho, lemongrass chicken pho, and rice plates since the food court first opened.
The chain’s founder came to Canada three decades ago with the dream of sharing flavours from his hometown.
The brand still has other locations downtown, including Harbour Centre and Waterfront Centre.
Whereas Good Taco joined TABLES in June 2023 with promises of fresh tortillas, authentic fillings, and taqueria flavours rooted in tradition.
Their tacos, burritos, and quesadillas gave Brentwood diners a taste of what the brand had already been building in Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and even Mexico.
For now, it’s unclear what will replace the two stalls, but the food court has a history of fast, fresh additions, so it may not be long before new vendors move in.
With these closures, My Toan and Good Taco now join the list of recently departed Burnaby food spots like Sushi Bay, S&W Pepper House, and SOJU.
