From BTS McNuggets to Pokรฉmon Happy Meals, fast food collabs have become a regular part of pop culture.
But Jollibeeโs latest launch feels a little different.
The Filipino fried chicken giant just dropped its first-ever glazed chicken menu across North America in collaboration with none other than KATSEYE.
They are the new global pop girl group making waves after their win at the 2025 MTV VMAs.
This spicy new lineup?
Itโs Korean BBQ.
Available at all Canadian locations for a limited time, the new KATSEYE Special Korean BBQ offerings are hand-dipped in a rich soy glaze infused with gochujang.
The result is a sweet, salty, and spicy hit that clings to Jollibeeโs famously crispy fried chicken skin.
It’s flavourful, messy in the best way, and delivers serious saucy satisfaction.
For those who prefer their chicken between buns, the KBBQ Chicken Sandwich is built on a toasted brioche bun and topped with fresh cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
Itโs juicy, zippy, and refreshing, with just enough heat to wake your tastebuds up.
Fans can also order the bone-in KBBQ fried chicken in buckets or combo meals.
But a word of caution: this sauce is not mild. If you’re spice-sensitive, brace yourself for a bit of a burn.
The collab with KATSEYE is more than just a marketing gimmick.
It marks the first major Canadian release since Jollibee’s North American expansion began to ramp up over the last decade.
And for KATSEYE, this isnโt just about chicken either.
As one of the newest global girl groups created through the HYBE x Geffen Records partnership, the six-member act is building a presence that spans music, fashion, and now food.
Their motto, “Bee Saucy”, is stamped all over the campaign, inviting fans to embrace individuality through flavour.
From K-pop to K-chicken, this partnership taps into the massive wave of Korean pop culture and food that continues to shape mainstream trends.
And if you’re wondering how long you have to get your hands on it, the brand says the KBBQ menu will be available for several months, but only while supplies last.
