It looks like Kitsilano is getting a new Korean donut spot soon.
A Noms Mag community member (vanfoodieparents) spotted signs for Goldie’s Donut & Bakery up at the former Gobble unit along West 4th.

If you have not tried Goldie’s yet, you are in for a treat!
The brand specializes in Korean-style cream filled brioche donuts that are soft, fluffy, and dangerously addictive.
Goldie’s originally started in Korea before making its way to Canada.
Their first Canadian location opened in Horseshoe Bay back in 2024, followed by Langley shortly after.
Then in December 2025, they opened their first Vancouver outpost along Fraser Street.

Now they are already expanding again, this time landing in Kitsilano.
The brand has been growing aggressively, and it is not hard to see why.
Their donuts come in flavours like strawberry, milk, matcha, and tiramisu, each one filled with a generous amount of cream that oozes out with every bite.

The Kitsilano location will likely carry their full lineup of drinks as well, making it a solid spot for a quick coffee and donut run.
There is a sweet story behind the brand too.
Goldie’s is actually inspired by the owners’ dog, with the aim of bringing that same kind of unconditional happiness to their customers.

You’ll spot the owner’s dog as the mascot of the brand!
It is a cozy, feel-good vibe that fits right in with the Kitsilano neighbourhood.
But West 4th is no stranger to donuts.
You have already got 49th Parallel, Oohlala Donuts, and Their There all within walking distance.
But Korean-style brioche donuts are a different game entirely.
They are lighter, creamier, and “less sweet” than your typical North American donut.
There is no official word on when Goldie’s Kitsilano will open just yet.
We will keep you posted as soon as we hear anything.
Goldie’s now joins the list of other upcoming food spots in Vancouver like VanSuya, Time Out Market Vancouver, and Eggstatic.
