Ice cream lovers, get your cones ready!
Downtown Vancouver’s Robson Street is set to become a whole lot tastier with the soft opening of Mister Artisan Ice Cream’s newest location.
Mister has been chilling in Vancouver since 2016, thanks to the cool vision of co-owners Tommy Choi and Michael Lai. These guys turned a simple idea into a creamy, dreamy reality.
Their unique approach? Liquid nitrogen.
This method freezes the ice cream rapidly at super-low temperatures, creating a rich, creamy texture without needing stabilizers or fillers.
The result? The creamiest, smoothest ice cream made from pure, natural ingredients.
The nitrogen process not only makes the ice cream smoother but also turns the making of each scoop into a fascinating show.
Mister’s expansion to Robson Street marks their third location in Vancouver.
The new Mister Robson Street outpost is a 768-sq.ft shop that embodies a snowy grey mountain cave’s serenity and rugged yet sleek beauty.
This grey minimalist, atmospheric design creates the perfect backdrop for enjoying Mister’s ice cream.
It takes over a previous women’s clothing store called Habit of Urban.
Expect a rotating array of scratch-made flavours, from timeless classics to inventive creations that change with the seasons.
The Robson Street location will also serve up ice cream sandwiches, hand-dipped ice cream bars, and frozen bananas.
Plus, keep an eye out for a brand new signature treat later this spring – an ice cream bun filled with fluffy cream and liquid nitrogen ice cream.
The new location quietly soft opened this Easter Long weekend!
