An Inevitable Decision Amidst Economic Strains
Despite their success, rising costs and economic hardships have seemed to lead to this tough decision.
In a heartfelt message, Matchstick cited the challenges of inflation and real estate, a narrative all too familiar to small businesses.
While the Chinatown location prepares to serve its last cup on December 15, Matchstick’s spirit continues to thrive in Vancouver, with other locations ready to welcome the community with open arms.
Even as we say goodbye to the Chinatown location, the spirit of Matchstick lives on through their mobile cart and other locations.
