A Charming New Bakery Cafe Is Coming to Richmond—Here’s What We Know About Pocorit

Something sweet is brewing in Richmond.

If you’ve passed by the Concord Galleria on No. 3 Road recently, right across from the Capstan Canada Line Station, you may have noticed fresh signage for an upcoming spot called Pocorit.

And while this new cafe is still under wraps, its eye-catching dark blue “Opening Soon” posters are stirring up excitement.

Based on playful illustrations of croissants, artisan loaves, and specialty drinks, Pocorit is shaping up to be a bakery cafe, likely offering pastries, coffee, and curated beverages.

Although the signage says “2025 Spring”, it likely meant 2026 Spring.

It’s a welcome addition to a part of Richmond that’s constantly evolving and transforming into a lively food and lifestyle hub.

Unlike its neighbour city Vancouver, Richmond doesn’t have a large number of independent cafe concepts.

That’s what makes the arrival of Pocorit so exciting, as it hints at a growing wave of local businesses tapping into the energy of the upcoming Capstan area.

Currently, the only other future tenant confirmed at Concord Galleria is Kiseki, an Asian beauty store, making Pocorit the first food-focused addition to this emerging complex.

Pocorit joins a growing list of new and upcoming food spots in Richmond, including:
