EGGBOMB+, the latest outpost of the popular Langley café, has just opened its doors in the City of Lougheed.
Back in May 2023, we shared the exciting news that Langley’s beloved EGGBOMB was making its way to Burnaby.
Since its opening in 2019, EGGBOMB has become a staple in Langley, known for its mouthwatering toasts, egg drop sandwiches, and croffles.
Now, Burnaby residents and those visiting K Town can experience the same irresistible dishes—plus some new additions—at this hugeeee brand-new location.
But EGGBOMB+ is more than just any café – it’s a full-on dining experience and is visually stunning.
The idea of blending diverse flavours, particularly through Korean-inspired brunch dishes and exclusive drinks, motivated us to bring something new to the brunch culture.

The menu offers a variety of drinks, toasts, salads, croffles, crodises, and their signature sandwiches, which have been a hit at their Langley location.
But the Burnaby spot takes it up a notch with a full brunch and bar menu, offering plenty of options for every palate.
Exciting new dishes like the Ocean French Toast and Bacon Crodise are sure to become fan favs.
And don’t miss their new “K-bar” concept, a first for Vancouver, which offers a various Korean fusion cocktails and drinks.
But the star will no doubt still be their Korean egg drop sandwiches, which are filled with fluffy scrambled eggs and savoury toppings.
You’ll find 6 different flavours like Bacon & Double Cheese, Teriyaki Beef, and Grilled Prawn.
The sleek, futuristic interior design at EGGBOMB+ is just as impressive as the menu.
Glossy white surfaces, chrome chairs, and neon green accents create a chic, sci-fi vibe that’s both modern and inviting.
The LED lighting and robotic elements – plus the robot server – make it feel like you’re dining in a futuristic cityscape.
The open and airy space features a large wavy communal table in the center, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a meal solo.
It’s a visually striking spot that’s sure to attract brunch enthusiasts and Instagrammers alike.
Located conveniently close to the Lougheed SkyTrain and bus stations, EggBomb+ is easily accessible for locals and visitors from nearby cities.
The Lougheed area has been growing rapidly, and this new café is a welcome addition to the neighborhood’s expanding food scene.
