New Korean Snack Bar ‘Nom Nom Seoul’ Soft Opens in Downtown Vancouver

Do you love Korean street food?

Well, you’re in luck!

After the sudden closure of Nukid Bakery + Cafe last October, a new culinary chapter is beginning on Robson Street and the West End.

Nom Nom Seoul, a Korean snack bar, has taken over and is finally opening its doors for a soft launch.

According to our research, Nom Nom Seoul is by the same folks behind the previous Nukid Bakery and Coquitlam’s On & Off Restaurant.

This spot will be all about classic comfort Korean street food and snacks.

Their menu includes Kimbap (11 different options and even a build your own), Tteokbokki, Noodles (7 different Ramyun, and Janchi Guksu (a warm noodle soup)), and more.

Drinks-wise, you’ll find your usual caffeinated and non-caffeinated options most cafes have.

There’s also soda (Hibiscus Yuzu, Passion Fruit Mango, Apple Mojito), Korean-inspired smoothies with Jolly Pong, and alcohol (beer and rice wine) on the menu.

The team at Nom Nom shared with us their full menu below (click to enlarge):

As you can see, there are lots of options for you to enjoy at this snack shop.

And if the fun branding resonates with you, they have branded merchandise like shirts, hats, and mugs available at the store for purchase.

Nom Nom Seoul will be holding their soft opening period from January 22 – 29 and will open from 9AM to 11PM.
