Fraser Valley’s beloved Bow & Stern is making its grand entrance into Metro Vancouver this summer.
Known for its ocean-inspired dining and scrumptious seafood, this is one opening you won’t want to miss.
Bow & Stern, with popular locations in Abbotsford and Chilliwack, is setting sail for Burnaby.
Their new spot at The Amazing Brentwood will be a 5,000 sq.ft haven for seafood enthusiasts.
You can expect a centerpiece oyster bar, seafood platters, and their famous fish n’ chips. Yum!
The restaurant is a family affair, started by Jon and Jacki Smith, who opened their first fish ‘n chips place back in 1988.
Today, Bow & Stern is a joint venture with their kids and son-in-law.
They’ve kept the family recipe a staple, ensuring that every bite is packed with tradition and love.
The new massive location will seat 160 guests inside and another 60 on the patio. Imagine enjoying fresh oysters and a cold drink on a warm summer day – bliss!
At launch, they’ll be offering happy hour and dinner service, with plans for weekend brunch down the line.
Interior wise: they’re bringing a mix of natural wood, stone, greenery, and soft lighting to create an airy yet intimate atmosphere.
Picture yourself dining in a space where sea-inspired accents meet modern comfort, highlighted by a stunning L-shaped bar.
Their menu will be seafood-focused, featuring dishes like steak and a Bow & Stern beef burger.
The beverage menu will offer a variety of beers, wines (many from the Okanagan), and housemade cocktails.
Bow & Stern will be joining other popular food joints in the Amazing Brentwood like Hello Nori, Tap & Barrel, Haidilao, Earls, and the TAB food court.
Locals in the area will have plenty of food options to choose from!
