You can now grab a table, though you should expect it to be tight.
The space is intimate with just 26 seats inside.
If you are hoping for patio vibes, you will have to wait until spring 2026 for the outdoor seating to launch.
The biggest win for locals here is definitely the hours.
They are staying open from 11 AM all the way until midnight daily.
That makes it one of the few solid late-night food options in the immediate transit hub area.
If you have not visited their other locations, Kinton is known for being loud, lively, and consistent.
They started in Toronto back in 2012 and have been aggressively expanding across Metro Vancouver.
They specialize in customizable bowls built around slow-simmered pork and chicken broths.
If you need a recommendation for the current rainy weather, the Spicy Garlic or Spicy Jalapeño are the go-to orders.
It is the kind of food that hits the spot on a rainy Vancouver commute.
This opening is just the first domino to fall in their massive winter expansion.
They are also opening a Burnaby location in the Gilmore Place later this month.
Whereas a Coquitlam and Richmond McArthur Glen outpost are set to open in 2026.
But for now, East Van finally has its noodle fix.
