It is situated atop the AZUR Legacy Hotel, downtown’s 5-Star boutique haven and Western Canada’s sole member of the prestigious Leading Hotels of the World.
Opening its doors this May, Lavantine tempts with an atmosphere that’s reminiscent of the legendary tales of One Thousand and One Nights.
It’s an urban garden oasis where every evening can be transformed into a storybook adventure.
The Lavantine will feature an open kitchen, a chef’s table, and a Skybar, with panoramic views of the city, ocean, and majestic mountains as your backdrop.
The menu will showcase a harmony of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with local flair, featuring delights like Watermelon Salad with whipped feta and a Mezze Platter that’s a tapestry of flavours.
But Lavantine isn’t just about the food.
The Skybar, curated by Bar Manager Serhii Kulikov, is where mixology meets myth.
It will offer beverages that narrate the legendary voyages of Sinbad and the magical tales of Aladdin through their tastes.
