Donuts are on the rise in Vancouver, and it looks like one spot is expanding!
A Noms Magazine community member (@tremlive) spotted signs for Vegas Donuts expanding to the West End.
This means they’re bringing their classic, fancy, and filled donuts to Downtown Vancouver, taking over the previous Simit Bakery spot at the Robson Public Market.
Simit Bakery also had shut down its Broadway location due to ongoing SkyTrain construction.
Co-owners and brothers, Mike and Steven McBean, launched the first Vegas Donuts in May 2024.
They took over a previous DeDutch unit at King Edward and Knight Street.
Mike told Noms Magazine that the brand was inspired by their grandparents’ donut-making legacy from 1960s Las Vegas, and brought family recipes to Vancouver.
Born and raised in Vancouver, the McBean brothers are passionate about creating dynamic and groundbreaking products.
Their family-oriented and community-inspired approach shines through in every donut.
Vegas Donuts offers a nostalgic return to the 60s, with every bite glazed with love and sprinkles.
Their Classic Glazed Doughnut and Chocolate Fudge Doughnut are must-tries. Imagine rich, gooey, and decadently doused in chocolate glaze!
No opening date has been announced yet for the West End outpost, but it should be opening soon.
Keep your eyes peeled!
Share the donut love with your friends! 🍩✨
