If you weren’t already hyped for the massive food hall coming to Oakridge Park this spring, the latest announcement might just tip you over the edge.
Back in November, Time Out Market Vancouver teased us with its first wave of vendors, dropping heavyweights like Chef Rob Feenie and DownLow Chicken.
Now, they have pulled back the curtain on the second wave of culinary talent and the list is absolutely stacked.
1. Peacock by Vikram Vij
Firstly, Celebrity Chef Vikram Vij is officially on board.

Celebrity Chef Vikram Vij is officially on board. The man behind the legendary Vij’s (celebrated by the Michelin Guide and The New York Times) is launching a brand new Indian concept at the market called Peacock.
The menu will feature comforting classics like Jennifer’s Salt Fish Curry, the Vij’s family Chicken Korma with pickled chillies, and his famous Samosa Chaat salad with beets and candied walnuts.
2. Via Tevere
For the pizza lovers, the market has secured the award-winning Via Tevere.

Founders Dom and Frank Morra are bringing their “Vera Pizza Napoletana” certified pies to the food hall, meaning you can grab authentic wood-fired pizza without the drive to Commercial Drive.
You can expect their signature Margherita and Vesuvio pizzas, plus authentic paninos like the Prosciutto e Tartufo and Mortadella e Pistachio.
3. Kishimoto

Commercial Drive isn’t the only neighbourhood getting representation.
Award-winning Chef Akira Kishimoto is opening a second location of his beloved Commercial Drive spot, Kishimoto, serving up top-tier Japanese fare.
He will be serving up elevated dishes like Wagyu Broth Udon, Okonomiyaki, and Oshizushi (pressed sushi).
4. Heritage Asian Eatery

Also joining the mix is Heritage Asian Eatery, bringing their modern take on Chinese BBQ and comfort food to the Oakridge district.
Expect Premium Char Siu Pork, Signature Roast Duck, and Charcoal Roasted Lamb Skewers.
This will be their 3rd location in Vancouver, following their Downtown and Main Street outposts.
5. SANTO TACO

Rounding out the savoury options is the recently opened Gastown Mexican taquería SANTO TACO, known for its elevated street food.
They will be serving tacos and burritos filled with slow-braised beef birria, NY striploin asada, and citrus-marinated pork belly.
6. Mello

And for a sweet treat in the market, Korean cult-favourite Mello from Chinatown will be bring their famous stuffed brioche donuts.
This will be a popular one as Mello is regularly touted as the best donuts in Vancouver.
7. Boba Run

To wash it all down, Boba Run is joining the lineup to serve Korean-inspired drinks like Brown Sugar Matcha Latte, Thai Iced Tea, and Peach Oolong Milk Tea.
These new additions join the previously announced “Phase 1” lineup, which includes:
- Feenie’s by Chef Rob Feenie
- DownLow Chicken Shack
- The Lunch Lady
- Mee Bar from Chef Chanthy Yen
- MaKaam from Chef Angus An (Baan Lao)
- Barnacle by Bar Bravo
Set to open in Spring 2026, the market will span a massive 51,000 square feet at the redeveloped Oakridge Park.
