If you have walked past City Hall station recently and wondered when the lights would come back on at the corner, we finally have good news.
After nearly three months of darkness, Pablo Cheese Tart has officially reopened its Vancouver location.
The popular Osaka-based dessert shop shut down unexpectedly back in September.

At the time, the team shared the difficult news that the franchise manager had been involved in a car accident, forcing an immediate pause in operations.
Now, after a long recovery period, the doors on West Broadway are open once again.
Fans can finally return for the brand’s signature “freshly baked” cheese tarts, known for their fluffy texture and apricot glaze.

However, the shop isn’t just returning to business as usual.
They are doubling down on their strategy of using the spacious unit as a hub for other unique Asian food concepts.
The location continues to host limited-time pop-ups to offer items beyond their standard menu.
Just earlier this month, they hosted Red Wasabi for a special weekend feature of their creative inari sushi.
The momentum is continuing immediately.
This weekend, the shop will serve as the host venue for a major Canadian debut.

Torori Tenshi no Warabi Mochi, a popular Osaka brand, is holding an exclusive three-day pop-up inside the Pablo space starting Friday.
It is the perfect excuse to stop by, welcome the team back, and grab a tart (or some mochi) while you are there.
