Guess what’s making its grand comeback in a few days?
Yup, the Richmond Night Market is returning for its new season from April 26th to October 14th, 2024.
This isn’t just any market – it’s North America’s largest.
As usual – gear up to be spoiled for choice with over 110 food stalls to check out.
You’ll find your usual suspects like takoyaki, bubble tea, curry fish balls make an appearance.
But every year you can expect some new novel snacks to try.
That may be Chicken Lollipops, Cheesy Canada Coin Bread, or sushi hot dogs.
Expect more unique items to slowly make an appearance as the market ramps up into the summer.
It ain’t just about stuffing your faces, though.
It is also about the kawaii sock and odd patterned shirt stalls too.
And if you need a break from the crowd, the night market has got a lineup of entertainment. Magic tricks, killer dance moves, and some jaw-dropping martial arts – the stage is set to thrill.
Plus, this year’s theme, Summer Sweet Dragon, hints at some decor choices.
The Richmond Night Market will be open every Friday – Sunday, including Monday holidays. In previous years, it was also open when it was raining but could close if it is pouring rain.
From April 26 – May 31st, the market will open at 7PM.
Every night market pro knows that a Zoom Pass is the smarter option when going to the night market.
Not only do you get to be in the faster line, but it can save a couple bucks (general admission is $8.50).
But the Fast Zoom Pass got pricier this year – $40 now gets you 5 passes, up from last year’s $35.
A tad more, but for skipping lines and getting more time munching and enjoying? Might just be worth it.
