Richmond’s Viral Mango Mochi Food Court Stall Opens Second Location Focused On Taiwanese Breakfast & Noodles

Richmond’s food court scene is buzzing with change, and another exciting addition has just landed.

If you’re a fan of affordable, authentic Taiwanese eats, you’ll be thrilled to know that Rice Holic has opened a second location at Empire Centre’s food court.

This new Rice Holic outpost has taken over the former Mei Zhui Mei Chongqing stall near the entrance.

Unlike its original Admiralty Centre spot, the new Empire Centre location is shaking things up with a focus on Taiwanese-style breakfasts and noodles.

The menu includes popular items like Taiwanese egg pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, and classic teppanyaki noodles priced at just $9.99.

Of course, they didn’t forget the dish that made them famous—their viral mango mochi, which drew massive lines last summer and had preorders backed up for weeks.

For those unfamiliar with Rice Holic, the brand first opened in September 2021 at Admiralty Centre, specializing in a variety of rice bowls, from Taiwanese sausage fried rice to pork chop bento fried rice and sautéed pork intestines fried rice.

To celebrate the new stall, they are giving away a free corn soup with every breakfast ordered during their first week.

This is a big win for food court enthusiasts who already frequent popular spots in Empire Centre like Cloud 9 Delicacy, James Snacks, and Prata-man Express.
